The Hayloft on Maddocks Farm is a beautiful self-catering holiday barn located on a working organic flower farm in the heart of Devon. Our spacious and light barn conversion sleeps 12, in 6 en-suite bedrooms and is perfect for group holidays and large family gatherings. This beautiful eco-friendly barn has far reaching views across the Culm Valley. With no near neighbours, the holiday home provides the wonderful combination of peace and quiet whilst the area boasts a huge array of activities for all ages.

Perfect for large family gatherings

The Hayloft is a child-friendly and dog-friendly property. There is a large games room with table tennis, air hockey and darts as well as a range of card and board games for wet days, and toys for younger children. There is also a large private walled garden with BBQ and outdoor dining furniture.

Child stair gates are fitted in the property, cots and high chairs can be provided on request.

The property is accessible with a wheelchair and has a wheelchair friendly bedroom with accessible bathroom.

We strive to make The Hayloft an eco-friendly holiday home. It is fitted with solar hot water and there is an electric car charging point for guest use.

A beautiful location

Our Farm is in the parish of Kentisbeare in the Culm Valley, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Hayloft and gardens look out on to the rose beds on the flower farm and have far reaching views across the rolling hills of Devon.

We are very conveniently located just a few minutes from Junction 28 of the M5, giving easy access for day trips to South Devon Beaches, as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor.
